Psychotherapist (Registered)

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a qualified psychotherapist working integratively with adults. My approach is informed by relational psychotherapy, nervous-system awareness, and an understanding of the mind–body connection. I believe that psychological distress often emerges through lived experience and relationships, and that change occurs within a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I am committed to ethical practice, ongoing professional development, and reflective work, and I aim to offer therapy that is respectful, compassionate, and attuned to each client’s individual needs and pace.

About Me

I have a background in psychotherapy alongside training in nutrition and mind–body work, which has shaped my interest in how emotional experiences are held and expressed through both the mind and the body. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and who are seeking greater understanding of themselves and their patterns. I value creating a calm, non-judgemental space where clients feel supported to explore their experiences at their own pace. I see therapy as a collaborative process that supports self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a more compassionate relationship with oneself.

Approach

My approach is integrative and relational, informed by an understanding of the mind–body connection and nervous system regulation. I work collaboratively with clients, paying close attention to the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the process. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, emotions, and patterns at their own pace. Rather than focusing on symptom reduction alone, my work supports awareness, reflection, and the development of inner resources that enable meaningful and sustainable change. I integrate psychotherapy with clinical hypnotherapy, CBT-informed techniques, and somatic awareness to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and meaningful change. Therapy is guided by curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, with a strong emphasis on creating a secure therapeutic relationship. Alongside psychotherapy, I bring a background in nutrition and health behaviour change, which allows for a holistic perspective where emotional wellbeing, body awareness, and lifestyle factors intersect. I practice under ongoing professional supervision and within clear ethical and professional boundaries
