I offer a gentle space for individuals who value a client-led approach, allowing our therapeutic work to unfold in a way that feels meaningful to you, without being confined to a fixed approach.

About Me

I’m a psychologist who works with individuals who feel like they have been holding everything together for too long. They may have spent a lot of their lives being hard on themselves, putting others' needs before their own, people-pleasing, or feeling the need to be the “nice one” in their relationships. They may experience constant guilt, struggle to trust their own voice, have difficulty making decisions that feel aligned with them, or struggle with their sense of self-worth. I also work with individuals navigating complex relationship or family dynamics, mental pressure & overwhelm, procrastination, as well as anxiety and patterns of overthinking. If you often find yourself in the midst of relational difficulties with family, friendships or romantic relationships, or are feeling emotionally burdened, then we may be a great fit.

Approach

Relational: I value the therapeutic relationship as an important aspect for change, and aim at creating a space where you feel heard, understood and comfortable being yourself. Client-Led: I believe in shaping therapy around you and what you need from the process. This means creating space to explore what feels important to you, rather than working from a fixed agenda or a one-size-fits-all approach. Integrative: I draw from different therapeutic approaches, primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and integrate these based on what feels most relevant to your experiences and goals.
