Mrs Yensy Graham, MS

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I provide individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy to those who are looking to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Working together, you’ll get a relatable therapist who not only supports you but also helps you recognize blind spots, so you can better understand yourself and feel empowered to be your authentic self.

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Montclair, New Jersey. My area of speciality is infidelity recovery, betrayal trauma, relationship difficulties, working with couples and individuals. I bring years of crisis-work experience supporting teens, families, individuals and couples through difficult seasons with steady, compassionate care. I’m trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Gottman-trained in treating affairs and trauma.

Approach

My approach is client-centered, experiential, integrating Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family System (IFS) with a measurement based care. When relevant, we explore family-of-origin influences and patterns; whether they show up in your relationships, belief’s/thoughts, emotions, or behaviors to build insight, shift stuck cycles, and make space for new possibilities.
