Mrs Yasmin Tajudien

Clinical Psychologist

An experienced and compassionate psychologist that works with all age groups to help navigate through difficult emotions so that you can live your best life

About Me

As an experienced and compassionate clinical psychologist, I work with individuals of all ages. We can explore difficult emotions together, helping you make sense of your experiences. My aim is to guide you in developing practical ways to navigate these feelings. This enables you to move towards living your most fulfilling life. Individuals seeking a supportive space to understand their inner world will find a good match.

Approach

We’ll sit with difficult feelings and gently track the patterns that keep them returning, turning awareness into manageable steps. In my Durban consulting room I work in English with a calm, steady pace that balances listening with focused reflection. Sessions include thoughtful assessment and practical exercises, plus short between-session reflections to test new ways of responding to stress, anger or relationship tensions. People dealing with anxiety, addiction, life changes or persistent mood shifts often find this grounded, collaborative approach helpful.
