About Me

I help families navigate challenges towards mental health recovery. My extensive international background as a psychotherapist and mental health educator offers a unique perspective. I draw on diverse insights gained from working across various cultures and organisations. This allows me to support families with complex needs, fostering understanding and resilience. Clients appreciate my comprehensive approach, which includes practical education for lasting well-being.

Approach

My work flows as practical, culturally aware steps that help families turn understanding into manageable change. Sessions—in Arabic or English, from Riyadh or online—combine steady pacing with short experiential tasks, gentle exploration of past hurts, and concrete at-home practices so learning carries into daily life. We map patterns, test small behaviour shifts, and use mindful noticing to reduce reactivity while honouring each person’s values. This way of working often fits parents and couples seeking calm, clarity, and lasting routines.
