About Me

I am a clinical psychologist, therapist and coach with extensive experience working with clients presenting with various challenges. I am passionate about co-creating healing spaces and to support clients to navigate through difficulties and find ways forward to be able to live their best lives. My aim is to promote health and wellness for each individual and within groups.

Approach

My approach is collaborative and integrative, based on a biopsychosocial model to include various contributing factors and to explore innate potential and strengths to overcome challenges and adversity. I am passionate about co-creating healing spaces and to support clients to navigate through difficulties and find ways forward to be able to live their best lives. Progress and healing often unfold through steady, practical steps that honour your pace and life context. I aim to create a calm, structured space where safety and clarity guide each session.
