About Me

This clinical psychologist offers a unique space where complex feelings and experiences can be explored. Using art and drama therapy, clients gently uncover their inner resources and new perspectives. Sessions provide a safe, active way to develop self-understanding and build confidence. This approach is ideal for those who find words difficult, offering creative pathways to navigate challenges and find their voice.

Approach

I use expressive, embodied methods that invite movement, imagery and role-play to open possibilities for change. Sessions in Cape Town or online, in English or Afrikaans, feel practical and paced — we try something, pause to reflect, and sometimes agree on small creative tasks between meetings. The work blends focused reflection with brief enacted experiments to shift patterns linked to anxiety, grief, burnout or life transitions within a contained, collaborative frame. This way of working suits those who learn through doing or for whom words alone aren’t enough.
