Hi, I’m Wil (M.Couns., M.A., B.Sc.). A counsellor with 15+ years of lived & professional experience. I left a high‑pressure corporate job to do work that actually matters: helping people understand what's going on in their head to build a life that is honest, grounded, and aligned. I don’t offer a place to vent. I offer a working partnership. Together, we look at what’s really going on - the ongoing hum of anxiety, the burnout that feels normal, the relationship patterns that stopped working, and the expectations you’re not sure are even yours. My approach is collaborative, practical, and straight forward. No jargon. No pretending.

About Me

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent years in corporate leadership dealing with people, politics, and the emotional toll of “always‑on” work. This gives me a real‑world understanding of how stress, performance, & relationships collide. My work now centres on helping people reconnect with themselves, challenge old narratives, and take meaningful action.

Approach

I draw from evidence‑based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness‑based approaches, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These frameworks help you step back from the noise, understand your patterns, and create space for better choices to move you in the right direction.
