About Us
We run a mental health service in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We offer community programmes, psychological and diagnostic assessments, clinical supervision, and consultation for individuals and organisations. We deliver confidential, evidence-based care in clinic and community settings.
Approach
We centre practical, trauma-informed steps that help people rebuild safety and choice after distress. In Petaling Jaya and across Bahasa, English and Mandarin sessions, our team moves at each person’s pace, balancing steady check-ins, skill practice between meetings, and focused understanding of what keeps problems active. Sessions are collaborative and predictable—short goals, gentle challenges, and clear reflection so change feels navigable rather than overwhelming. This way of working tends to suit people and families seeking grounded, community-rooted support.
