I move through sessions at your pace, using creative activities, clear emotional language and focused reflection to help children, teens and adults understand what’s happening inside. I offer flexible in-person sessions in Nairobi and secure online sessions in English or Kiswahili.
Brief assessments help us set clear goals, while activity-based techniques, practical skills and short between-session reflections support progress with anxiety, trauma, behaviour challenges and life transitions.
