Ms Vrinda Ahuja

Licensed Psychologist

Hello! I'm your Non-Judgmental Therapist, an RCI Registered Therapist. I Understand, reaching out is hard. Together we can find some new insights and new perspectives. Remember that it is a process, and it's not a linear or predictable one. Give yourself time and a safe space to heal. Let's Thrive Together!

About Me

I offer a truly non-judgmental space, understanding that reaching out for support can be daunting. Together, we will gently explore your experiences to uncover new insights and fresh perspectives. I provide a safe environment where healing unfolds at your own pace, respecting that this process is unique for everyone. This collaborative journey helps you find the time and support to truly thrive.

Approach

Working together, I hold a patient, curious space where small shifts and honest questions guide us toward clearer understanding. In Delhi and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, sessions feel conversational and paced to your comfort, with visual or written prompts when they help. Between sessions I offer brief, practical reflections or creative invitations, and in-session we translate discoveries into manageable steps through mindful noticing, structured problem-mapping and gentle behavioural experiments. This way of working often suits adolescents, adults and families seeking steady, collaborative change.
