Miss Vitoria Regina Del Bel Tavares

Licensed Psychologist

A Brazilian psychologist passionate about languages and culture. I’m an intermediate speaker of English and Spanish, and I have native Portuguese. I’m currently studying an evidence-based specialization on clinical psychology.

About Me

As a Brazilian psychologist, I am passionate about languages and culture, understanding their deep impact on our inner lives. I offer a space where patients can explore feelings and experiences with genuine cultural sensitivity. Sessions unfold comfortably in Portuguese, English, or Spanish, allowing you to express yourself fully. My ongoing evidence-based clinical psychology specialisation ensures a grounded, effective approach. This makes me ideal for those honouring their unique cultural journey.

Approach

I work with CBT. Through this approach, I aim to understand the small factors that influence your behavior so we can promote meaningful life changes using a variety of strategies, such as mindfulness, diaphragmatic breathing, techniques to express your needs clearly, manage anger, and acknowledge your emotions, thoughts, and physical reactions. Additionally, we may work on tolerating discomfort, challenging core beliefs, and practicing acceptance when necessary. Everything is grounded in evidence-based practice.
