One may notice that sometimes we react automatically and not in a way that is helpful to achieve our goals, connect with other people or stay true to who we really are. We may see ourselves following the same pattern again and again or feel haunted by our past. We may experience a range of complex emotions that feel locked inside and continue to build up until there is no more space to hold it. We may almost hear the running commentary of a voice inside saying things like "You are not good enough", "You are not worthy", "You are a failure". And sometimes body could be so exhausted from the turmoil that we withdraw into ourselves. Those experiences are overwhelming and nudge away at our hope; however, you do not have to carry that alone. Sharing that weight and dividing the traumatic experiences, troubling thoughts, and reactive behaviors to smaller parts, making them possible to process, is one of the primary goals of psychotherapy. Reaching out is a courageous and resilient step.

About Me

With a deep understanding of how survival patterns shape our sense of safety, trust, and connection, Viktoriia guides the therapeutic journey, integrating trauma-informed therapy, anti-oppressive therapy and neurodiversity affirmative therapy principles to help individuals navigate relationship issues and process their most difficult experiences in a direct and compassionate way. Viktoriia holds experience in helping immigrants, refugees, people leaving abuse, and survivors of early childhood abuse. She also works in support of caregivers, people undergoing gender-affirming care, sex workers and marginalized populations. Viktoriia offers therapy in Russian language and English language.
