Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

You have the awareness and the skills, yet when it comes time to use them, you feel stuck. I want to work with you to explore these barriers so you can move past micro-managing yourself and consider what it means to really care for you.

About Me

I work with clients with a variety of mental health challenges due to my experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting and in community-based mental health work, supporting young people and their families to develop their communication with one another in difficult times. I work with people of all ages to make meaning in their experiences and their lives.

Approach

I use a relational approach that is designed to fit you, rather than the other way around. I view therapy as a secure place to explore challenging experiences, and I hope we can work together to learn what it could mean to you.
