About Me
I am a psychotherapist and licensed psychologist in Zoo Tiniali, Assam, India. I treat phobias, grief and abuse through confidential online and in-person therapy. I use conflict management skills to reduce distress and restore daily functioning.
Approach
When someone is going through a difficult time I offer a calm, private place to speak and we shape the work around what feels manageable. In my Guwahati office and through English-language online sessions I move at a steady, gentle pace—short experiments between meetings, practical steps inside sessions, and attention to safety when grief or fear feels overwhelming. I listen closely, check how each step lands, and adjust together so progress feels earned. People facing loss, phobias or relational strain often find this steady, collaborative way helpful.
