Approach

Developmental trauma and systemic trauma can have a significant impact on our functioning as adults. I specialise in developmental (childhood) and attachment trauma, domestic violence, as well as systemic trauma relating to race, gender and organisations. The aim of therapy is to support my clients' to deepen their capacities to integrate and heal from these difficult life experiences, to embody their emotions, and to restore connection with their innate wisdom, creativity and joy. Basic Information

Services

I support my clients - primarily adult individuals and groups - to deepen their capacity to integrate and heal from difficult life experiences. Through creative expression, deeper somatic and emotional sensitivity, and awareness of the systems they are connected to, my clients can restore connection with their innate wisdom, creativity and strengths.

In organisations I provide trauma-informed leadership and team psychoeducation talks and wellness workshops that are based on creative-play.
