About Me
Approach
I take a person-centered approach in therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where you feel valued and understood. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt Therapy to address both thought patterns and self-awareness. This combination helps individuals make meaningful changes in their behaviors while fostering a deeper connection to the "here and now."
By blending these techniques, we address both the practical changes needed for progress and the deeper awareness required for personal transformation.
My goal is to tailor each session to your unique needs, guiding you toward greater well-being and personal growth.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
Services
My services are personalized to meet the unique needs of each client. I provide counseling that helps individuals explore their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and gain awareness of both healthy and unhealthy patterns. Together, we work on developing effective coping strategies to navigate life's challenges. I assist with a wide range of concerns, including psychological distress, emotional difficulties, self-esteem issues, stress, depression, anxiety, and more.
