Ms Varsha Rajesh

Psychologist

A therapist aligned with the Humanistic-Existential approach. My primary aim with the therapeutic space is to weave together experiences and encourage acceptance. One's experience of themself is usually at the forefront of the conversation.

About Me

I offer a humanistic-existential space to gently explore your unique experiences. My aim is to help you weave together different parts of yourself, fostering deeper understanding and acceptance. We will focus on your personal journey, exploring what it feels like to be you. This approach suits those seeking to genuinely connect with their inner world and find peace with who they are.

Approach

Sessions move at a tempo you set, attending to sensations, stories and choices as they surface so we can notice patterns without pressure. In my Bangalore consulting room I work in English, Hindi/Urdu or Kannada, keeping things grounded, practical and quietly reflective. We weave short mindfulness practices, narrative reflection and small between-session experiments to test new ways of relating to self, body and others—useful for anxiety, transitions, identity or relationship struggles. This way suits those wanting gentle clarity and steady self-knowing.
