About Me

I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and licensed Counsellor offering Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and individual therapy. I help people address abuse, life transitions, relationship problems, grief and loss, and young adult challenges. I work with you to clarify priorities and build practical coping skills.

Mi trabajo se basa en un enfoque humanista, integrativo y centrado en la persona. Creo en el poder del vínculo terapéutico como espacio de transformación. Acompaño desde la escucha activa, el respeto por los tiempos de cada proceso y la confianza en los propios recursos internos.En cada encuentro, genera un espacio cálido y cuidado donde puedas expresarte libremente, revisa lo que te duele, lo que se repite o lo que ya no sabes cómo sostener. Integra herramientas del asesoramiento, la psicología humanista, la corporalidad y la reflexión emocional, adaptándome a tu momento vital y necesidades particulares.Trabajo con personas que atraviesan duelos, ansiedad, crisis de sentido, dificultades vinculares o momentos de replanteo profundo. También acompaña a quienes viven procesos migratorios o de transformación personal.
