Approach
Work begins by mapping patterns that keep you stuck, then we examine how thoughts, feelings and behaviour interact in real time. In sessions you'll notice bodily cues, practise small experiments and unpack recurring reactions. Between sessions you'll track reactions, try brief mindfulness exercises drawn from MBCT, and review what changes. Sessions run online or in person in Pune, in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi. This way change is gradual, measurable and suited to adolescents, adults, couples, parents, families and the elderly.
