About Us
We are a mental health organization serving Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. We offer counseling, clinical supervision, consultation, and corporate workshops to individuals and organizations.

In Owings Mills and via English-language phone or online sessions, meetings move at a steady, client-led pace—attentive listening, gentle reflection, and concrete coping practices are woven into each session and carried into everyday life. Between meetings we offer brief skill-building prompts and opportunities for feedback to keep progress practical.
