About Us
We are a Markham, Ontario mental health practice licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). We provide relationship counseling, individual counseling, group therapy, and online therapy. We offer flexible online and in-person sessions for clients in Markham and throughout Ontario.
Approach
Keeping therapy affordable and accessible guides how we meet clients: sessions are offered in English and Tamil, both online and from our Markham space, so scheduling and setting fit your life.
