About Me

I create a compassionate and curious online space for adults aged 23-49, particularly those navigating complex trauma. As a trauma-informed IFS therapist, I guide you to understand inner experiences with care. Our hour-long sessions provide a safe, confidential environment. I welcome queer clients, ensuring an affirming space to explore your unique path forward.

Approach

Online sessions create a focused, reflective container where we gently map the parts of your experience and notice how past survival patterns show up now. From Lahore I offer work in English and Hindi/Urdu, keeping sessions paced to your rhythm and attuned to the realities of relocation, cultural stress, or hidden shame that often accompany complex trauma. I use parts-focused dialogue and grounding practices between sessions to strengthen self-leadership and reduce reactivity. This way of working tends to suit adults seeking clarity, safety, and steady change.
