Tuula Rasen, MA

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

I am a BACP, BPC and FPC registered psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapist practising in South East London, UK. I offer psychotherapy to adults experiencing emotional, psychological and relational issues in person and online.

About Me

For the past 10 years, I have worked in private practice in Lee, South East London, as well as online. I provide a confidential setting to address both recent and longstanding issues, emotional concerns, and relationship patterns. Together, we will explore how past experiences influence your current life and relationships. My approach aims to help you understand your challenges and support lasting change.

Approach

In our work together, I invite you to explore the difficulties that brought you to therapy and how your past experiences shape your current life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, depression, stress, relationship issues, or other challenges, I aim to provide a thoughtful professional relationship where these can be explored and understood together.
