About Me

I guide individuals and couples through diverse emotional and relational challenges. My extensive experience, as a licensed clinical psychologist, addresses issues like depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship difficulties. I aim to provide clear insights and practical support within a confidential space. This collaborative approach helps you develop effective strategies for greater stability and well-being in your life.

Approach

My sessions focus on practical, respectful exploration that links past hurts to current patterns. I offer in-person appointments in Lagos and secure online sessions in English and Yoruba, paced to suit adolescents, adults, couples and families. We combine focused assessment with conversational psychotherapy, trying small, measurable changes between meetings and adjusting approaches when clarity is needed. Those who prefer a straightforward, collaborative space tend to leave sessions with clearer steps and more confidence in handling relationship, grief or addiction challenges.
