About Us

We are a group of therapists and life coaches who use evidence based practices each specialize in certain areas to be able to most effectively help clients. We are LGBTQIA+ affirming, Neurodiveregent Inclusive, BIPOC allied. and active in supporting the community. Our clinical team work with all ages, families, couples (and all forms of relationships) and are able to supervise clinical hours and student placements.

Approach

We orient sessions around what matters most to you, meeting from our Merritt Island and Melbourne offices, online/virtual and providing walk and talk therapy, so access fits your life. Sessions move at a steady, practical pace — we check in on safety and goals, use brief skill-building, and leave space to reflect, then agree on simple steps to try between meetings. Couples and family sessions balance clear structure with responsiveness so everyone feels heard. This approach tends to suit people seeking practical, affirming support that fits day-to-day realities.
