Approach

My comprehensive therapeutic approach is grounded in an existential perspective and integrates evidence-based modalities. I specialise in Schema Therapy, which helps address deep-seated patterns formed from unmet childhood needs by drawing on CBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and attachment-based approaches. I also incorporate CBT, ACT, and DBT to ensure clients receive both long-term, in-depth healing for complex issues such as personality disorders and practical tools for immediate emotional and behavioural regulation.
