My comprehensive therapeutic approach is fundamentally grounded in an existential viewpoint, integrated with evidence-based modalities - primarily Schema Therapy (my specialization, used to address deep-seated patterns from unmet childhood needs, combining CBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and attachment theories) along with CBT, ACT, and DBT—ensuring clients receive highly specialized, long-term healing for complex issues (like personality disorders) while also gaining practical skills for immediate emotional and behavioral regulation.
