Trang Duong is a clinical psychologist trained in the Netherlands and Vietnam. She provides psychotherapy to English-speaking adults from diverse backgrounds and countries. Trang offers psychological support for a range of psychological difficulties, including mood-related problems, long-standing personality issues, Addiction, Developmental Trauma, Interpersonal problems (problems in relationships or getting on with others, Loss of motivation and life crises, Psychological support for individuals with neurodevelopment differences (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, ADHD).

Approach

My comprehensive therapeutic approach is fundamentally grounded in an existential viewpoint, integrated with evidence-based modalities - primarily Schema Therapy (my specialization, used to address deep-seated patterns from unmet childhood needs, combining CBT, psychodynamic, Gestalt, and attachment theories) along with CBT, ACT, and DBT—ensuring clients receive highly specialized, long-term healing for complex issues (like personality disorders) while also gaining practical skills for immediate emotional and behavioral regulation.
