Ms Tracie Yonkman

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Client centered approach, treating teens and adults on issues including mood disorders, anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, relationship distress, neurodivergent and ADHD/executive functioning challenges.

About Me

I help teens and adults navigate complex emotions, from anxiety and mood shifts to relationship distress. We can also explore how neurodivergence or ADHD impacts daily life and executive functioning. My approach creates a supportive space where you can understand your experiences, develop practical skills, and build self-esteem. Clients find a collaborative environment to clarify their identity and find their way forward.

Approach

Together we move between practical strategy and gentle reflection, tailoring sessions to your pace and priorities so complex feelings feel more navigable. Whether we meet in Redlands or online, in English, I keep sessions structured but flexible — mixing short, focused skill practice for executive challenges with space to name identity, relationship, or mood patterns. Between sessions you may try small experiments or tools we adapt to daily life. This way of working often helps teens and adults seeking clear steps and steady support.
