Therapeutic Counselor

A trauma informed integrated approach using talk therapy, arts based options and body-based mindfulness to foster self expression, greater emotional resiliency and personal growth. I take a holistic mind-body-heart approach to help you connect to your inner wisdom and your body's innate healing abilities.

About Me

Drawing on a trauma-informed, integrated approach, I guide you to foster self-expression and build greater emotional resilience. We blend talk therapy with creative arts and body-based mindfulness, helping you connect with your inner wisdom. This holistic mind-body-heart focus is ideal if you seek to understand yourself more deeply. It helps you tap into your innate healing abilities for lasting personal growth. Our work together aims to help you feel more grounded.

Approach

Sessions unfold with gentle curiosity, weaving talk with expressive art and mindful somatic practices so you can notice shifts in your felt experience and story. In Surrey or via secure online sessions, in English, I keep pacing calm and collaborative—short grounding practices, guided noticing, and optional simple art or biofeedback between appointments to track what changes. You’ll be invited to experiment with new responses, reflect on small steps, and adjust at your own pace. This way of working often helps people rebuilding safety, confidence, and emotional steadiness.
