I teach spiritually awake women to decode the energetic, emotional, and biochemical roots of their anxiety and low mood — so you can heal holistically and finally feel like yourself again.

About Me

I work with women to uncover and release the deep-seated blocks that hold them back, using a holistic, mind-body-soul approach rooted in both science and spirituality. Together, we’ll address the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, helping you step into a life of clarity, confidence, and purpose. If you’re ready to move beyond frustration and create meaningful, lasting change, I’m here to guide and empower you every step of the way.

Approach

I created the Discover · Decode · Dissolve™ framework to address mental health at the root. My approach integrates nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and energy psychology to identify underlying drivers, decode body-based patterns, and dissolve interference supporting anxiety, depression, CPTSD, food/weight issues, and menopause.

Services

For women who feel disempowered and exhausted by conventional methods — I help you reclaim your sovereignty with cutting edge energy psychology. My method: Discover,Decode, Dissolve allows you to find and heal the emotional, relational, energetic, genetic, and hormonal blocks that keep you stuck — so you can step off medication, revitalize your health, and live in deep alignment with your own soul.
I offer individual therapeutic coaching and THRIVE, an intensive 20 session online group container for women who want to feel better using integrative nutrition and medicine, energy psychology and other alternatives to meds for CPTSD.
