Mr Tom Norfolk

Counselor

Looking for face to face person-centred counselling in Norwich? Whatever you're struggling with, I will help you to feel comfortable and safe enough to connect with your inner workings and explore and make sense of them together.

About Me

Seeking a safe, comfortable space for face-to-face Counseling in Norwich? I offer person-centred sessions where you can openly explore your inner world. We'll work together, at your pace, to gently understand your thoughts and feelings. This approach helps you connect with yourself, gaining clarity on whatever you're struggling with. It's ideal for anyone ready to make sense of their experiences and move forward with greater insight.

Approach

Sessions feel unhurried and led by your needs, held in my Norwich room in English so you can speak plainly and be heard. I listen closely, mirror what you bring and gently experiment with ways of noticing patterns—especially around identity, mood or feelings of not fitting in—so you can try small shifts in how you relate to yourself. Between meetings you might be invited to notice moments of change rather than complete tasks. This approach suits adults wanting steady, thoughtful self-understanding.
