Titiksha Singh

Counseling Psychologist

I work with young adults on issues like stress and anxiety, life adjustments, relationships, self-esteem, personal growth, identifying personal strengths, and self-exploration of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

About Me

I offer a space where you can truly be yourself. My eclectic approach, rooted in existential-humanistic ideas, helps you explore your unique experiences. We can work together to deepen your self-awareness and find more authentic ways of living. I foster a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Here, you can freely consider life's bigger questions and discover personal meaning. I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to working with clients, and collaborating with them on their unique needs and goals is the way to go. Care isn’t something we apply to clients, it’s something we build with them. I strongly believe we're all inherently resilient as humans, and this thought guides my work as well, as I help clients realise this through capacity-building. I'm dedicated to fostering resilience, empowerment, and holistic well-being. I am curious, meticulous, and place high value on human connection—this motivates me to continue doing the work I do.

Approach

Rooted in curiosity about your story, therapy unfolds as a steady, collaborative process that blends reflective conversation with practical experiments. I work with adults online, offering sessions in English, Hindi, or Punjabi to suit your comfort. Sessions move at your pace: we notice patterns, try brief practices and small behavioural experiments between meetings to ease anxiety, sharpen decisions around transitions, and reduce procrastination. People seeking clearer choices and steadier self-trust often find this way of working helpful.
