Ms Titiksha Padir

Counseling Psychologist

I integrate evidence-based psychological approaches with the healing power of music to support emotional, cognitive, and relational well-being. My work is client-centered, and rooted in empathy, aiming to create a safe space to explore experiences, build resilience, and foster personal growth.

About Me

If you're looking for a creative, empathetic approach to therapy, I offer a unique space. I invite you to discover how music can gently guide your emotional exploration and foster personal growth. Our sessions provide a calm environment where sounds help express what words sometimes cannot, building resilience. This can be especially helpful if you seek well-being beyond traditional talk therapy.

Approach

Gentle melodies and focused clinical tools guide how I help you explore feelings, letting rhythm surface insights while conversation shapes meaning. Sessions are offered from Pune and online in English, Hindi/Urdu and Marathi, paced to suit adolescents, adults, couples and families. We often weave short listening or singing experiments with breath- or movement-linked exercises and reflective talk, and I offer simple, tailored between-session prompts to notice patterns. People facing anxiety, relationship shifts, trauma recovery or burnout often find this gentle, structured way of working helpful.
