About Me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, United Kingdom. I treat anxiety, mood disorders, distress from chronic illness, and headache pain using ACT, MBCT, pain management and psychoeducation. I offer short-term, evidence-based therapy focused on practical skills and pain self-management.
