Ms Tiffany Rochester, BPsych

Clinical Psychologist

An experienced, compassionate therapist with a passion for using the science of human behaviour to help families thrive.

About Me

As an experienced, compassionate clinical psychologist, I'm passionate about helping families thrive. I apply the science of human behaviour to understand dynamics and build stronger connections. We can explore patterns together, finding practical ways for every family member to feel heard. This approach fosters clear communication. It helps families move beyond coping, creating a more harmonious and supportive home environment.

Approach

Using behavioural science as a guide, I focus on practical shifts that change daily family life and ease anxious or conflicted moments. I work from my Leeming practice (serving Washington, Australia) and by secure online sessions in English, keeping pace with school and family schedules. Sessions are collaborative and paced to what each person can manage — brief experiments, clear communication skills, gentle mindfulness and targeted between-session steps help younger and older family members practise new ways of relating. This approach suits families and adolescents ready for steady, skills-based change.
