I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. With seven years in mental health, I also deeply value partnering with parents and mothers. I aim to create a collaborative space where we explore ways to improve wellbeing. Together, we can foster personal growth and move towards a more fruitful future. My approach offers dedicated presence and practical support.

My sessions focus on building steady, practical steps that honour each person’s pace and life context while keeping goals clear and achievable. In Cape Town or online, in English or isiXhosa, I create a calm space where children explore through play, adolescents reflect with structure, and parents receive concrete strategies to support change between meetings. We track small shifts, adjust plans together, and prioritise safety and routine. This approach often suits families and young people seeking dependable, hands-on support.
