In Cape Town or online, in English or isiXhosa, I create a calm space where children explore through play, adolescents reflect with structure, and parents receive concrete strategies to support change between meetings. We track small shifts, adjust plans together, and prioritise safety and routine. This approach often suits families and young people seeking dependable, hands-on support.
