I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. With seven years in mental health, I also deeply value partnering with parents and mothers. I aim to create a collaborative space where we explore ways to improve wellbeing. Together, we can foster personal growth and move towards a more fruitful future. My approach offers dedicated presence and practical support.

In Cape Town or online, in English or isiXhosa, I create a calm space where children explore through play, adolescents reflect with structure, and parents receive concrete strategies to support change between meetings.
