Thought Pudding Therapy for Individuals and Couple

Mental Health Organisation

Therapy that goes beyond managing symptoms. At Thought Pudding, we help people understand not only what they are struggling with, but also why certain patterns keep repeating- in their relationships, at work, with their emotions, and the way they see themselves or interact with the world. We are a mental health organisation working to make quality therapy the norm in India. Our therapists provide thoughtful, personalised care for individuals and couples, with a focus on understanding concerns in depth and creating meaningful, change that lasts beyond the therapy room.

About Us

At Thought Pudding, we take the quality of therapy seriously. We're on a mission to make quality therapy the norm in India. Our therapists work within a clinical system that includes two layers of care so that what you come in with is worked with utmost of clinical competency and care. We work with adults and couples, typically between 18–50 years of age.

Approach

Our work is depth-oriented. In simple terms, this means we don't only work on reducing the immediate symptom. We go a step further to help you understand the root causes of your concerns so that change, when facilitated, lasts longer than the therapy room. For example, anxiety may not only be about learning how to calm yourself down. Together, therapy might also explore why you feel responsible for everything, why uncertainty feels particularly difficult, or why the same fears keep returning even when you logically know you are safe.
