Approach

Youth-centred work here moves at each person's pace, pairing compassionate listening with clear, practical steps so young people exploring identity feel steadier between sessions. In Murang'a and online, in English or Kiswahili, sessions balance short-term skills—breathing, grounding, role-play—with space for storytelling and reflection; we check progress each week and often suggest small between-session practices to build confidence. Meetings are collaborative, gently structured and adaptable to groups or individuals. This approach suits adolescents and families seeking respectful, affirmative support.
