Assessment and treatment of learning and behavioural challenges, with specializations in the area of Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and behavioural disorders.

About Me

I work with adults, youth, and first responders facing a wide range of psychological and developmental challenges. This includes navigating PTSD, anxiety, brain injury, chronic pain, and assessing learning and behavioural differences. I help you make sense of these complex experiences, offering clear, practical strategies tailored to your unique situation. This ensures a supportive space for healing and growth, whether for an individual or a family.

Approach

That clarity turns into structured, collaborative sessions where I map what’s happening, set small experiments, and adjust based on real-world results. Based in Nanaimo, I work in English and offer appointments in person or online, keeping pacing and focus matched to each person's rhythm. Assessments inform individualized plans for learning differences, ADHD, brain injury or trauma, and therapy blends skill practice, behavioural experiments, and brief between-session check-ins. This practical, measured approach tends to suit adolescents, adults and first responders seeking steady, observable change.
