The Talking Rooms

Step into The Talking Rooms for compassionate counselling & support. Find solace in a safe space, explore emotions, & nurture your well-being.

About Us

We are a mental health organisation in East Kilbride, Scotland. We offer counselling, crisis counselling, and psychological and diagnostic assessments for adults and children. We work directly with you in confidential sessions to clarify needs and agree practical next steps.

Approach

At The Talking Rooms we create steady, practical sessions that help you make sense of feelings and decide next steps together. In Glasgow or online in English, appointments move at a pace you set — focused check-ins, gentle exploration and short between-session reflections when helpful. Therapists here balance listening with practical tools tailored to your situation, so change feels manageable rather than overwhelming. People looking for clear, collaborative support often find this way of working reassuring and effective.
