I work with people who struggle with Mental illness such as depression, Anxiety, PTSD or any trauma related illness, Schizophrenia etc. I advocate for mental illness conditions and facilitate insight to my clients. I am enthusiastic about my work and etent to facilitate change among social, behavioural, and emotional.

About Me

I help individuals navigate challenging mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and schizophrenia. Our work together will help you gain insight into your experiences. We will make sense of social, behavioural, and emotional patterns. I am passionate about advocating for mental illness, creating a space where you feel truly heard. We will work together to find practical ways forward, supporting your journey towards lasting change.

Approach

When we meet, I focus on how your struggles show up day-to-day and we map small, practical steps toward relief. I see clients in Potchefstroom and online, offering sessions in English, Sesotho, seTswana or Tshivenda so language isn’t a barrier. Sessions move at your pace—combining reflective conversation, brief teaching and grounding practices with focused tools for crisis moments, relationships and shifts in behaviour, and I often suggest short exercises between meetings. This way of working tends to help adolescents, adults, couples and families seeking clear, collaborative support.
