About Me

I am a queer daughter of immigrants raised in multi-cultural environments. I live and work between California and Europe (Paris and Berlin), with family and roots in both places. As a therapist of 9 years, I offer a warm, culturally-sensitive space where you can explore your unique experiences and find more alignment. My relational approach helps expats, immigrants, creatives, neurodivergent folks, non-traditional relationships, and queer and trans individuals connect with their inner wisdom and cultivate more meaning and connection in their lives.

Approach

My approach is psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness-oriented, trauma-informed, decolonizing, and collaborative. I am intuitive, supportive, empathetic, and directive. I work with individual adults, couples, and groups.
