Mrs Tehilla Luttig

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Relationship counselor to help parents (together or on their own) in marital distress turn their marriage around. Healing your childhood relationships is the way to thriving in this one. Are you ready to heal the triggers at the source and build your confidence and skills to thrive in love?

About Me

I guide parents facing marital distress, helping you understand how early experiences influence your current relationship. We work together to heal triggers at their source, building confidence and skills to thrive in love. Our sessions offer a dedicated space to explore these deep connections. This approach helps you build a stronger, more resilient partnership, allowing both voices to be truly heard.

Approach

When childhood hurts turn up between you and your partner, I help you slow the moment, name the pattern and practice new responses so arguments lose their old momentum. Sessions are held online from South Africa in English or Afrikaans, offering a steady, confidential container where parents can show up together or on their own. We use focused exercises, tracking of triggers, and simple between-session practices to rebuild safety, repair ruptures and strengthen confidence. This way of working suits parents ready to interrupt old cycles and protect their family’s future.
