Psychotherapy in Marbella & Online, fully qualified in Spain (Colegiado: AO-11542), I am a licensed clinical psychologist registered with the Spanish Official College of Psychologists (COP), a neuropsychology specialist, EMDR therapist, and holder of an M.A. in Applied Clinical Psychology, with extensive experience in clinical practice and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

About Me

My approach combines traditional therapeutic techniques with innovative, cutting-edge methods: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – A core tool in my practice for trauma and anxiety treatment. NARMA (Neuro-Affective Relational Memory Approach) – Currently the most powerful tool in my training, which has been transformative for many of my clients. I practice at InHarmoni Rehab Marbella S.L., offering in-person sessions in Marbella, Estepona and online, providing flexible support for local and international clients. I am passionate about helping people overcome psychological challenges, guiding them toward emotional balance, personal growth, and improved mental health. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and highly professional environment where clients can achieve meaningful change.
