Miss Tatiana Giantsi, MSc

Clinical Psychologist

I help adults navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and relationship or cultural stress. In our sessions, you will find a safe, supportive space where you can be heard, understood, and respected. Using some CBT techniques and Systemic approach, with person-centered therapy as the foundation, I work to create a healthy, empathetic environment where you feel supported in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we develop practical strategies to manage challenges, improve well-being, and build self-awareness and emotional regulation. I have experience supporting people adjusting to new environments, coping with anxiety or low mood, and navigating life changes. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and rooted in empathy—helping you create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

About Me

Hi, I’m Tatiana. I work with adults facing life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, substance abuse, eating disorders. I also support expats and anyone navigating cultural transitions, helping them feel more balanced, confident, and understood. Together, we’ll identify patterns in thinking and behavior and develop healthy ways to handle challenges in everyday life—from managing stress and emotions to improving relationships and coping with change. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, confidence, and lasting positive change at a pace that feels right for you.

Approach

I take a person-centered, integrative approach, combining CBT and Systemic methods to meet your unique needs. Our sessions focus on understanding patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while creating a safe, supportive space for growth. My goal is to help you make lasting, meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
