Ms Tatiana Campbell

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

Working collaboratively, I aim to offer you a space in which gaining insight into one's self facilitates personal growth and creates opportunities for change.

About Me

In our collaborative sessions, I invite you to gently explore your inner world. We'll work together to uncover patterns and gain deeper insights into yourself. This process helps you navigate challenges, fostering personal growth and creating opportunities for lasting change. I offer a truly supportive space where you feel heard, helping you move forward with renewed confidence.

Approach

From our quiet exploration, I help you translate insight into manageable steps that shape the work we do together. In my Sandton office, in English, sessions move at your pace—sometimes reflective, sometimes focused on linking past patterns to present choices. Using psychodynamic listening, we track recurring themes, name difficult feelings, and experiment with new ways of relating between sessions through small, practical reflections. People facing loss, transitions or entrenched relational patterns often find this paced, thoughtful approach helpful.
