“I work with self-aware, high-functioning adults who understand their patterns, but still tense up, shut down, or push themselves too hard when life gets stressful.”
About Me
Many people who find my work are not new to therapy, coaching, or personal development. They usually understand themselves well. What persists are automatic emotional, relational, or bodily patterns that activate under pressure, in intimacy, or as responsibility increases.
Often, the strain shows up first in the body: chronic tension, disrupted sleep, digestive issues, migraines, emotional flattening, or a sense of disconnection, even when someone appears outwardly capable.
I know this terrain well, including what it’s like to function, lead, or care for others while feeling disconnected from your own body’s signals. I work especially well with people who carry responsibility, feel deeply, and have often felt misread or insufficiently met in more standard therapeutic settings.
Rather than focusing only on the past, we pay attention to what is happening now, in the body and in relationship, so protective patterns no longer have to stay in charge and a steadier form of self-leadership can emerge.
Approach
I work integratively, with a psychosomatic focus. Sessions attend to nervous system responses, internal parts, and relational dynamics as they show up in real time.
This approach is especially relevant for people who have learned to cope by pushing through. You may function well and carry responsibility, while your body remains braced. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, emotional dulling, or a sense of holding too much alone.
My method, Psychosomatic Restoration™, integrates somatic practices, IFS-informed parts work, nervous system mapping, and systemic awareness. The aim is not to get rid of coping strategies, but to help your system feel safe enough that they no longer have to run everything.
I offer online work with clients in the UK, Europe, and North America.
Services
I work with therapy-experienced adults who remain stuck despite years of inner work. Many are high-functioning, sensitive, or neurodivergent, and notice familiar patterns resurfacing in relationships, work, or moments of visibility and pressure.
The focus is on how change is felt in the body and in real relationships, not just understood. This includes working with nervous system strain, relational patterns, boundary collapse, shutdown, and psychosomatic symptoms that persist despite insight.
