“As a licensed psychotherapist with experience living and practicing across India and the US, I work with adults living around the world who may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I support clients navigating concerns around relationships, life transitions, traumatic experiences, anxiety, and stress. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences, understand patterns, and work towards meaningful change. ”

About Me

I view therapy as a space to slow down, feel truly heard, and explore your inner world with curiosity and openness. Together, at your pace, we can make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and begin to understand the parts of yourself that may feel silenced, stuck, or in conflict. I place the therapeutic relationship at the center of our work and strive to offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are. I practice from a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and queer-affirmative lens.

Approach

My approach is insight-oriented, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment, and relational theories. This means that our work will center around exploring how your early life experiences, relationships, and unconscious processes shape how you see yourself, navigate the world, and connect with others. Along the way, we will also identify patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. By bringing greater awareness to these patterns, you can deepen your self-understanding, work through unresolved feelings, and build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling to you.
