Tali Wertheimer

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

Hello, I'm Tali. I am a somatic and mindfulness-based therapist with a degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling, and training in Hakomi, IFS, Bioenergetics, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I approach counseling with the 5 c's: compassion, curiosity, collaboration, consent, and cultural humility.

About Me

I am a somatic and mindfulness-based therapist, and I guide you to explore your inner landscape with gentle awareness. We can work together to understand feelings, using Hakomi to connect with your body's wisdom. My Counseling is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. This creates a space where your consent and cultural background are always respected. This approach suits those seeking a deeply grounded path to healing and growth.

Approach

With gentle attention to your sensations and inner signals, I help the session move at a curious, respectful pace that honors consent and cultural context. We track bodily cues, try mindful experiments and parts-based noticing to separate anxiety, grief, identity questions or relationship patterns, often pairing breath, subtle movement and inquiry in the room. Between sessions I offer short, practical practices—grounding checks, somatic cues or reflective prompts—to carry insights into daily life. This way of working tends to suit adults and couples seeking steady, embodied change.
