6+ years as a full time Australian registered Counsellor. 20+ years as an international school educator ( including pastoral care, student counselling & guidance and teacher mentoring)

My approach is person-centred and collaborative, creating an open, non-judgemental space that supports individual growth and healing. I use an eclectic approach that integrates CBT, ACT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and other evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s needs.
